The practical SERVICE KIT contains a number of technical devices that can be used to carry out a series of optimisations on existing drives.
In detail, the SERVICE KIT contains the following aids:
- MEASUREMENTS: Optibelt SERVICE BOX includes valuable commonly used manual tools – (4) OPTIKRIK 0-1-2-3, tape measure, pen, sheave measurement gauges (v-belt & ribbed).
- DRIVE ALIGNMENT: Optibelt LASER POINTER
allows for quick and easy way to align your drive. Includes 4 magnet measurement points, laser guide and guide bar mount. - TENSION NOTEBOX: Optibelt NOTEBOX easy way to note proper tension and drive information on labels you can post on the drive’s guard.
- FREQUENCY TENSIONING: Optibelt TT Tester takes measurements two ways: Electro magnetic wave and ACC acceleration for increased accuray. Easy to align 2 LED dot method – hold the tool over the belt at a distance that aligns the dots and measure.
